These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and bynusa.dev ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the bynusa.dev website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Indonesia. bynusa.dev and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

You agree to irrevocably submit all disputes related to Terms or the relationship established by this Agreement to the jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts. By using this site, you waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
